RETURNS
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
REFUNDS
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If for any reason your candle arrives damaged or defective, please send us an email at ilovecandlehush@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged and/or defective candle, within 7 days after receiving the product. We will re-ship your item to you at no additional cost, or if your item was sold-out, we will issue you a refund for the damaged product(s).
Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
